All Patients will be triaged via video consultation before an appointment is booked to see if they are suitable for a face- face or video consultation.
If Face-Face consultation is required, then the patient will be called 24 hours before or the morning of their appointment to answer pre-screening questions. These questions are to determine whether you or a member of your household is experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, or has tested positive and to decide if a face to face consultation is appropriate.
When you come to the clinic and we would be grateful if you could follow the guidelines so that we can ensure you and our practitioners are safe as possible.
For the time-being, we will catch up on your progress via video consultation, just prior to your visit. This will reduce the amount of time that you’re in clinic.
A contactless card Payment method or Bank transfer (prior to appointment ) is preferred but if you are using cash, please place it in an envelope.
We ask that before you leave home you wash your hands. We will provide hand sanitiser to be used before and after your appointment. (There will be a poster on display to guide you on correct hand sanitiser technique)
Before your appointment, we ask that you call us to let us know you have arrived and that you either wait in your car or stand back from the entrance.
Once you are in the clinic please do not touch any door handles, we will open the doors for you. Please try and bring as little as possible with you.
We ask that all patients wear a face covering/face mask (can be home made) for the duration of their appointment. If you do not have a face covering we can provide you with one.
Please do not bring anyone else to your appointment unless you require a chaperone, you are a carer, or translator. We ask that just one parent attend for their child’s appointment.
Appointments will be spaced out to allow aeration of the room, so we ask that you leave promptly to allow ventilation.
Surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned before and after appointments to adhere to infection control guidelines.
We will rebook your appointment via text, email or phone once you have left to reduce contact time in the clinic.
